Somatic psychotherapy is a unique and effective approach to therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. This approach views the body as an integral part of our psychological and emotional experiences, and utilizes techniques that help clients recognize and release tension, stress, and emotions that have been stored in the body. By incorporating body-based therapies, we are able to help our clients connect with their emotions and address the root causes of their mental health concerns.

Somatic Psychotherapy
