My training in clinical therapy, somatics, yoga and exercise means I have the expertise you need and deserve when striving to live a more balanced and holistic life. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be unable to tell a friend no, who has had self critical thoughts, or felt true and deep burn out right?
I get it because I’ve lived it myself. I spent years living a life that I thought I was supposed to, only to recognize that my daily experiences weren’t matching up with who I really was or who I wanted to be. I had anxiety and sadness and unresolved traumas that were keeping me trapped in fear and unable to become the confident & knowledgeable woman that I am. I know that it’s hard to know where and how to start. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
